BELOW. THE REASON FOR THIS IS WHEN PURCHASING A PUPPY WITH LIMITED
REGISTRATION IN THE PAST WE HAD YOU SIGN A SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT AND MAILED
YOU THE AKC PAPERS WHEN YOU MAILED US PROOF THAT PUPPY WAS SPAY/NEUTER
BY YOUR VET AT 7 MONTHS OLD. NOW WE WILL GO AHEAD AND GIVE YOU THE AKC
PAPERS WITH LIMITED REGISTRATION SO YOU CAN GO AHEAD AND MAIL THEM IN TO AKC
TO HAVE YOUR PUPPY REGISTERED BECAUSE WHEN REGISTERING YOUR PUPPY AKC
WILL GIVE YOU THE OPPORTUNITY TO ACTIVATE 60 DAYS OF FREE PET HEALTHCARE
COVERAGE ONCE THE PUPPY IS REGISTERED. THIS IS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY THAT

Please read the following agreement. To the best of my knowledge, this puppy is in good health at
the time of delivery. The purchaser of puppy has 3 business days to have the puppy checked by a
licensed veterinarian. Puppy is given a 5 day health warranty and a 1 year genetic health
guarantee. This guarantee is void should the purchaser fail to have puppy examined by a licensed
veterinarian within 3 business days of date of possession. Breeder will not be liable for expenses
including but not limited to veterinarian bills or other expenses. If the veterinarian discovers the
puppy is unsound, it can be returned for replacement with another puppy of equal value.
Replacement will be made within one year, this provides the puppy is returned to Toni"s Miniature
Schnauzers immediately and is accompanied by a letter from the examining veterinarian stating in
what manner the puppy is unsound. No Cash Refunds will be given.

If your puppy is found by a licensed veterinarian to have a life threatening genetic defect, having
been there from birth, you must provide me with a written assessment from a licensed veterinarian
stating in what respect the puppy in unhealthy. If any life threatening congenital defects have been
determined by the examining veterinarian, the seller holds the right to have a veterinarian of seller's
choice provide a second opinion of assessment. No replacement will at anytime be made on a
deceased puppy until a state autopsy is performed to determine the cause of death. Autopsies
performed by a licensed veterinarian will not be accepted. The autopsy will accompany any
request for replacement. All expenses will be paid by the purchaser of puppy.

No warranty or guarantee is given to the disposition, life span, size, color, show quality, or
breeding quality of any puppy. No guarantee is given for any kind of worm, giardi, or coccidia.
These parasites are too common to puppies. Your puppy has been wormed frequently from 2
weeks of age until your possession. It is your responsibility to continue to worm your puppy and
have it checked for parasites. Retained testicles and hernias are excluded from this guarantee. No
guarantee is given for hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). This condition is not hereditary and is very
preventable. If you need information on hypoglycemia please ask.

Ear Cropping: There will be no health guarantee of any kind due to complications and or death of
any puppy as a result of ear cropping. Ear Cropping is an elective surgery and is done at your own
risk.

Ear Cropping and Shipping Cost are not part of this guarantee and will not be refunded.

Spay/Neuter: Although this is recommended, we can not be liable for any complications occurred from this
elective surgery.

Records of your puppy's shots/wormings has been provided. Vaccinations must be no less than 3
weeks apart and no more than 4 weeks apart for a series of 3. Rabies vaccination can not be
administered before 13 weeks of age. If you allow your veterinarian to do any of these procedures
too early, your guarantee is void.

If puppy is purchased with Full Registration you have breeding rights to your puppy.
If puppy is purchased with Limited Registration for Pet Only then you have until puppy is 6 months
old which is___________________________ to have puppy Spay/Neuter and mail me proof
from your veterinarian that puppy is Spay/Neuter or your Health Guarantee is VOID.

This agreement is Non Transferable.
Both parties agree that the place of venue for any and all disputes regarding this agreement and
transaction shall be in Prairie County, Arkansas.

No other warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied than what is stated in this written
guarantee.

I as the Purchaser of this puppy, have read, understand, and agree to the above guarantee. I as the
purchaser of this puppy agree to provide the seller with a signed copy of this Sales Agreement &
health Guarantee and understand if I don't this agreement & guarantee is void.

If for any reason, at any point in time, you are no longer able to keep this puppy please call us. If we
are not able to take this puppy back we are more than happy to assist you in placing it in a loving
home.
Purchaser agrees to never surrender this dog to an animal shelter and agrees breeder has first
opportunity to take ownership.
